Request for Proposals: Market Manager
The Antigonish Farmers Market (AFM) is seeking an independent contractor to provide coordination and management services for the market for the period of May 1, 2013 – April 30, 2014.
The successful contractor will ensure the efficient and effective operation of market days (every Saturday from May through December) as well as conducting some operational functions of the AFM Association throughout the year, including vendor, customer and community relations.

The Antigonish Farmers' Market was established in 1995 as a local venue for farmers and other producers to market their wares directly to the public. With the support of the people of Antigonish and the surrounding area, the Market has continued to grow and thrive.
