The Full Steam Coffee Co. roasts certified Fairtrade and organic coffees from around the world in their new roasting facility on the harbour in Guysborough, Nova Scotia. Full Steam roasts seven unique blends that capture the spirit of Nova Scotia’s Authentic Seacoast. Our seven coffee blends are Boiler Stoker Espresso, Perfect Storm Dark Roast, Full Steam Medium Roast, Fogarty’s Cove Medium Roast, Even Keel DecafTitanic 1912 Medium Roast, S.S. Malcolm Cann Light Roast.

Ironworks is an artisan distillery located in an old blacksmith shop situated in Lunenburg. We create premium spirits using Nova Scotia produce.

Fresh wild blueberries available throughout the season. We carry freshly frozen blueberries all year ’round at the Farm and at our table at the Market.
