We grow a diverse range of herbs, vegetables and fruit. And then we create – herbal vinegars and oils, mouthwatering jams and jellies, herbal teas to comfort and heal, sauces to get your taste buds tingling. And more. We are constantly experimenting with the varieties of plants that do best in our environment, and with ways to preserve the bounty of the growing season.

Our small farm is nestled in a peaceful valley in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Far from the madding crowd we grow naturally without artificial fertilizer, herbicides, or pesticides and we use no artificial preservatives or colouring in our products. Our aim is to walk lightly on the earth, nourish the soil, and share the goodness with you.

We also offer Certified Naturally Grown seed garlic, many of them heirloom varieties, (a garden plant whose lineage can be traced for a 100 years or more), available by mail-order anywhere in Canada.

ROLLING BRICKS is a mobile artisan pizzeria.

We specialize in baking thin crust Neopolitan style pizza at your location or special event. Our hand crafted brick oven is mounted on a trailer and can be set-up almost anywhere. We offer an authentic old world wood fired cooking experience that you and your guests will not forget!

Our 100% whole wheat & organic pizza crusts are topped with the finest organic ingredients, many from local area farms. Come check us out Saturday’s, at the Antigonish Farmer’s Market, starting July 9, 2011. We will be preparing and serving fresh pizza on site with our mobile wood fired oven.

We are now booking for the approaching summer season for catering events. A delicious organic option for an office party, a backyard party or a late night snack at a wedding! Please contact us with any questions or to book an event.

We sell an assortment of cakes and cupcakes, including lemon, strawberry and blueberry. We use local berries from Venedam farms. As well we offer fresh pastas, broccoli salads, foccocia and ciabatta buns, made with variety choice meats and vegetables. Finally home-made sub buns with choice of meats and veggies.
