Pictured above with her beautiful kitty quilt, Karen creates whimsical, yet practical, quilts and other crafts. Custom work orders are always welcome and anything you see at her table can be recreated in the desired colors and material.

Maura’s 100% Habotai silk scarves are dyed in a beautiful array of colors. Both colorfast and incredibly tough, these scarves add a delightful dash of color to your wardrobe!

Carefully painted in bright colors over a base coat of start black paint, each of these garden stones is highly detailed, resistant to fading and a beautiful addition to any garden. As Gabrielle herself puts it:

“I started painting stones a couple of years ago. In one of my classes at school our teacher got us to make Paper Mache masks and we dotted the faces on. I decided to try it on stones and seal them so they could last longer. I got lots of orders for them and my aunt thought that I should try selling them at the Farmer’s Market. So far I am doing very well there.”

Placide and Margie have a table groaning under the weight of fresh baked goods, carefully canned pickles and beets, and tasty jams and jellies.

Keith creates a huge selection of leather-crafted goods, Dreamcatchers, medicine pouches and art dolls too. Keith also works with Semi-precious stones and is happy to do custom work.

Keith’s (and his wife Tara’s) wares can be seen at the Raven Art Gallery in Tatamagouche, SunSpun in Truro, and at other fine craft stores in the Maritimes.

These hand-stitched (not glued) clips are designed with care and are tough enough to stand up to everyday wear.
